About the role
Pricing Manager Core Logistics Brokerage is looking for a sharp, data-driven Pricing Manager to join our team in Coral Springs, FL. You'll own our FTL pricing strategy — building models, quoting freight, and helping our sales team win profitable business across spot and contracted lanes.
What You'll Do:
Build and execute spot and contracted FTL pricing strategies to maximize margin and win rates. Analyze market trends, capacity data, and lane history to deliver accurate, competitive quotes. Partner with AEs and Sales Managers on RFPs, bids, and complex pricing scenarios. Report on pricing performance, win/loss ratios, and margin trends to leadership.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of pricing or analytical experience in a freight brokerage environment. Strong knowledge of FTL market dynamics, routing guides, and capacity trends. Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, AVRL and TMS platforms. Sharp analytical skills and a knack for turning data into decisions. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business (preferred).
