Esd 113 is seeking an instructional leader to guide K-8 curriculum, assessment, and teacher development within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. The role focuses on alignment to NC standards and CMS frameworks, coaching teachers, and leading PLCs.
You will collaborate with the principal, monitor school improvement plans, mentor multilingual learners, and build strong relationships with staff and families to foster an inclusive, data-driven culture.
