What Winning Looks Like: Assist the Office Coordinator with office prep to insure a remarkable client experience through cleanliness, professionalism, and readiness. Become skilled in all company software that is required: Salesforce, BambooHR, Slack, etc. Work with different departments to provide company lift: I.T., Client Services, Client Experience, etc. Assist the Office Coordinator by proactively assessing and maintaining general office, kitchen, and first aid supplies. Based on the internship path, you will be able to work closely with the department that reflects your future goals. Skills Needed to Win: Excellence: Reliable, organized/timely, and consistent performance of tasks with a detail-oriented work ethic. Trailblazer: Become software savvy and adaptable including: Salesforce, BambooHR, ClientWorks, Microsoft Suite Balance: Understands the meaning of work however knows when it's time to recharge personally. Uses a high level of discretion Fearless: The ability to overcome, and push through hard things to reach your goals. Education and Experience: Working toward a college degree as a recent high school graduate. High school or equivalent diploma.
Physical Requirements
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle or feel equipment, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer but may be required to work outdoors for events. The noise level in the office is minimal. Opportunity: As our company grows and staffing needs arise, there is the opportunity to change roles after going through an internal interview process.
Pay Range: $14.00 per hour
