About the role

Job Description: Provides part identification by etching, manual vibro-etch, laser etch and dot peen each part with the appropriate identification per customer specifications. Contributes to continuous improvement and supports 5S initiatives. Visually inspect parts to ensure product quality. Create and/or maintain marking database and serial number files as required. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:? Effectively reads and understands blueprints, engineering documents, inspection manuals and procedures.? Maintains high-level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times and completes tasks in a timely manner.? Proficient in the operation of all equipment processes in the marking area.? Working knowledge of statistical process control and solid mathematical skills.? Familiar with computer applications such as MS Office, PC Windows and various paint applications.? Able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communications with employees throughout the organization.? Solid analytical and organizational skills.? Attention to detail.
