MEMCO is hiring a Bilingual Technology Sales Representative! Full-Time & Long-Term
Schedule: M-F 9a-5pPay: Base + Commission Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative The Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking/IT solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills, and strong client relationship building.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals and performance targets
  • Promote and explain the company's products and services
  • Identify and prospect new clients
  • Conduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutions
  • Maintain and update client database and CRMCollaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client support
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustments
  • Generate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closure
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredMUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Minimum 1 year in B2B sales in the technology sector or similar roles although training will be provided for the right candidates
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to drive up to 50% of the time or more
  • Ability to use digital tools, CRM, and communication tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
