About the role

Commercial Development Manager Attached to the General Delegated Director of Development at our DEMGY Atlantique subsidiary, your mission will be to animate the commercial development of the Group in the medical and healthcare sectors and to satisfy our clients in the realization of industrial projects by optimizing the parameters of Costs - Deadlines - Quality. Main Activities: Commercial Development Identify and prospect new potential clients in the medical and healthcare sector. Ensure active and structured follow-up of your client portfolio to develop and retain commercial relationships. Promote our solutions and know-how by highlighting our technical expertise in plastic engineering. Technical Support and Feasibility Study Analyze the specific needs of clients for their industrial projects. Study the technical and financial feasibility of projects in collaboration with our internal teams. Advise clients on suitable solutions taking into account their technical and regulatory requirements. Response to Calls for Tenders Lead the preparation of responses to calls for tenders, ensuring their relevance and competitiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to build strong technical and commercial proposals. Follow-up of Current Affairs Be the main point of contact for the follow-up of ongoing projects, ensuring clear and fluid communication with clients. Carry out regular offer reviews to evaluate project performances and anticipate necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and deadlines. Brand Value Enhancement Actively participate in the representation of the company at professional events (trade shows, conferences, client meetings).Ensure proactive communication to promote the image of excellence and innovation of the Group. Performance Indicators Follow-upDevelop regular reports on commercial activities (objectives, opportunities, results).Participate in the continuous improvement of commercial processes and in the sharing of best practices. With a higher education degree from an engineering school, you must have a hybrid profile combining technical and commercial skills with at least 10 years of experience as a commercial representative for large accounts in the medical field, with a strong focus on managing industrial projects.
