Reports To: Head of Sales About Novo Novo is transforming how plaintiff law firms manage medical records, create demand packages, and leverage AI to maximize case outcomes. Our platform helps legal teams reduce administrative burden, accelerate workflows, and focus on achieving the best possible results for their clients. As adoption continues to accelerate, we are scaling our go-to-market team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach within the plaintiff law firm market.
The Opportunity: As a Sr. Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement. You will identify and connect with attorneys, legal operations professionals, and law firm decision makers to introduce Novo and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company, develop world-class sales skills, and build a path toward a future Account Executive role.
What You’ll Do: Generate qualified meetings through outbound calls, emails, Linked In outreach, and other prospecting channels Research and identify target law firms that fit Novo’s ideal customer profile Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers Conduct discovery conversations to understand firm workflows, challenges, and business objectives Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate records, account activity, and opportunity data within the company’s CRMCollaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on campaigns and account-based outreach initiatives Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity and meeting goals
What We’re Looking For: High agency, with a strong bias toward action and ownership.1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer-facing roles, or related fields Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails Highly organized with strong attention to detail Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Experience working within a CRM platform is preferred Legal technology or SaaS experience is a plus but not required Potential for Manager position Success in the First 90 Days Complete Novo sales onboarding and product certification Develop a deep understanding of the plaintiff law firm market Consistently achieve outbound activity expectations Build a repeatable prospecting process Generate qualified meetings that contribute directly to pipeline growth

Base Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 On Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 to $100,000 Uncapped Commission Equity Opportunity
