About the role
Experienced analysts will find a full-time Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant opportunity focused on providing customer-facing analytics and reporting for MaineHealth, utilizing data to support account teams in strategic advisory roles, with the possibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilitiesProvide oversight of analytics work and correspondence, prioritizing tasks to align with field partners' needs
Collaborate with field leaders to understand business objectives and support retention and growth through data insights
Advise on trends and cost mitigation strategies, working directly with customers as neededRequired qualifications5-8 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on analyzing customer experiences and outcomes
Strong understanding of Medical Economics concepts and value-based care arrangements
Demonstrated relationship management skills at senior levels in client-facing roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/analytic applications; knowledge of SQL/SAS/GCP is a plus
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
