About the role
Coordinating the intake and submission of funding requests, the full-time Funding Consultant will work remotely to manage communication with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions while ensuring compliance with third-party payer criteria.
Key responsibilities
Maintain communication with SLPs regarding funding cases and guide them on document preparation and funding policies
Collaborate with insurance providers and educational institutions to process new product, repair, or rental orders
Track funding authorization cases to ensure timely resolution and serve as a client advocate throughout the funding process
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience
Preferred background in the health insurance field
Proficient in MS Office Word and Outlook
Strong internet navigation skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
