Reports to: Senior Director of Fundraising Operations
Overview: Digital Health Strategies (DHS) is a healthcare-exclusive, digital-first agency that solves complex fundraising and marketing challenges for large US nonprofit health systems. As Digital Production Manager, you will join a tight-knit team to ensure client email campaigns are flawless end-to-end. You are a technical generalist comfortable building emails, managing complex data segmentation, and configuring landing pages.
Responsibilities: Technical Campaign Production (35%): Build, test, and send responsive, brand-compliant emails. Data & Audience Operations (35%): Manage list pulls, data QA, and complex segmentation/logic within platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Dynamics. Conversion Logistics (20%): Build and optimize landing pages and donation forms (front and back end).Quality Assurance & R&D (10%): Perform rigorous QA at all stages and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in email development or digital production. Technical: Proficiency in table-based HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud. Platforms: Salesforce expertise required. MS Dynamics expertise preferred. AI Fluency: Basic AI fluency for production efficiency.
