We are looking for a Designer with approximately 3+ years of experience who brings creative talent, a passion for landscape design and, most importantly, a desire to continue learning and growing. You do not need to be a licensed landscape architect. You do need to love design. You do need to be a team player looking for a career home. You should be able to show us your creativity through a portfolio, be comfortable with technology and design software, and be excited about becoming part of a collaborative studio where experienced leaders truly want to mentor and develop you.

The company has developed a thoughtful onboarding and training process designed to teach you its approach to design, estimating, technology, project workflow and client service.
You can expect hands-on training and mentoring, with the goal of preparing you to begin taking ownership of your own landscape design projects.
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU:Have approximately 3+ years of design & landscape experience.
Education:
A degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Landscape Design, Engineering, or a related design discipline is preferred. Have a strong, creative portfolio you are proud to share. Have a genuine passion for landscape and outdoor design. Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems/software, experience with Aspire is a huge bonus. Experience estimating landscape projects is a plus, but it is not required. Value mentorship and continued professional development. Are excited to grow into increasingly responsibilities over time. Comfortable working in our offices located on Chicago's North Shore, Illinois, or are willing to relocate.
