Their platform is already used by leading banks, asset managers, and advisory firms, and they're scaling quickly in the US.They're hiring a VP of Sales to build and lead the Americas sales team from New York. This is a player-coach role: you'll own the regional number, close strategic deals yourself, and hire and develop a team of high-performing AEs.
What you'll do:
Own revenue for the Americas and build a repeatable, enterprise sales motionHire, coach and lead a team of AEs as the region scalesPersonally lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutionsWork closely with the founders, product and marketing to shape GTM strategyBuild forecasting discipline and pipeline rigour from an early stageWhat they're looking for 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of leading and scaling teamsDeep experience selling into financial markets: investment banks, asset managers, private equity, hedge funds or advisoryBackground in a high-growth, startup or scale-up environmentComfortable being hands-on while building for scaleStrong network across US financial services
