At Garage Pros, we're looking for a Garage Door Technician Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales. You won't just diagnose and fix problems you'll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers. Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions. Upsell products and services based on customer needs. Complete 45 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time.
What You Bring:
Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals. Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen. Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools. Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
