Join our growing team as a Bilingual Warehouse Group Lead and play a key role in driving operational success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will lead and support a team of 30-50 associates, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive workplace. You will serve as a liaison between employees, management, and clients while helping achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals.
Shifts: 2nd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 / hour
Duties:
  • Attendance reporting to client
  • Coaching associate performance
  • Safety and GMP compliance
  • Assist with associate concerns
  • Build rapport with client floor supervisors, line leads, etc.
  • Updating the applicant tracking system and managing associate timecards
  • Ensure client processes are followed to provide a safety-focused environment producing the highest quality standards
