Flex is spinning off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, targeting Q1 2027. The Director, Corporate Development will lead strategic transactions and portfolio initiatives to boost SpinCo's growth and shareholder value.
Role requires MBA preferred, 10+ years in relevant fields, and ability to travel ~20% with relocation to Austin, TX. The position drives cross-functional due diligence, valuation, and strategic analyses, presenting to senior management and shaping governance
