Ensure sustainment of improvements. Manage stakeholders and change adoption. Training & Coaching Coach teams on Lean methodologies. Train employees on Six Sigma tools. Build a culture of continuous improvement. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure compliance with: Quality Management Systems Regulatory Standards Business Requirements Medical Device Manufacturing Practices
