Job Full Description: The Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support. The Receptionist ensures efficient office operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties. Order and maintain office supplies. Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidential records and information. Follow company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to use office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
