Test Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.25 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm) Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies and finished products using established test procedures. Document test results, findings, and product performance accurately in company systems. Troubleshoot basic electronic and test-related issues to identify defects and determine root causes. Follow quality standards, test protocols, and work instructions to ensure product reliability. Use computer systems and testing equipment while handling small electronic components with precision.
Test Technician Qualifications: Prior electronics testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing experience required; this is not an entry-level position. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to follow test procedures, document results, and identify product issues. Candidates must successfully complete a technical assessment as part of the screening process. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
