About the role
Supporting the Product Development team in a remote capacity, the salaried Product Development Coordinator will manage product development processes, timeline adherence, and documentation for the launch of office furniture and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns product development processes and drives cross-functional alignment on development goals, including leading weekly meetings and managing development trackers
Ensures adherence to timelines for product specifications, sample due dates, and approvals, while managing communication on sample requests and troubleshooting
Collaborates with Asia Sourcing to align on cost sheets and gathers all necessary documentation for product launches
Required Qualifications:
0-2+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production, preferably in hardgoods or furniture
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience in a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
Passion for process definition, quality implementation, and clear documentation
