About the role

LOTTE BIOLOGICS in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Engineer, ADC Manufacturing. You will lead conjugation, purification, and scale-up across development and production, drive technology transfers and CAPA, and partner with QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Facilities to ensure cGMP compliance. Ideal candidates hold a BS in a related field, 7+ years in MSAT/Process Engineering, and 2–4 years in ADCs, with hands-on cGMP experience and strong cross-functional collaboration.
