About the role

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention practice is seeking a Talent & Workforce Manager who can lead workforce transformation programs across talent functions, leveraging AI, LLMs, and talent analytics to reimagine work, skills, and career development for clients. You will design AI-enabled workforce solutions, guide strategic planning, and collaborate with clients to implement SBO and skills-based operating models, while traveling as needed.
