About the role
Seeking a dynamic leader, the full-time remote Finance Lead for Federal Contracts will manage finances for a $200M complex contract portfolio, providing financial support and guidance while collaborating with various stakeholders and overseeing a team of Project Control Analysts.
Key responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting processes
Provide comprehensive analyses of monthly operating results, identifying trends and risks
Support business development and capture processes with financial recommendations and inputs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
10-15 years of financial experience, preferably in the U.S. Federal Government contractor space
Experience supervising and developing a team of finance professionals
Strong federal finance and accounting knowledge, including FAR and CAS
Proficiency with Costpoint, Excel, and MS Office suite
