We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex business challenges, and leading successful ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and beyond. What You'll Do:
You'll lead and support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Your work will include:
- Leading Business Central implementation projects from discovery through go-live
- Facilitating business process workshops and gathering client requirements
- Configuring Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Supporting data migrations, testing, training, and user adoption
- Working alongside developers on integrations and customizations
- Providing post-go-live support and recommending continuous improvements
- Troubleshooting complex functional issues
- Building lasting client relationships through exceptional consulting and communication
This is a highly collaborative, client-facing consulting role where every project is different and every engagement presents new opportunities to create value.
What We're Looking For:
- We're interested in consultants who understand that ERP is about business transformation—not just software configuration.
- You'll be successful if you have:3–7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and accounting processes
- Experience supporting full implementation lifecycles
- Experience with data migration, reporting, integrations, and APIsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to translate technical solutions into practical business outcomes
- Bonus points for:
- Microsoft Business Central certifications
- Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or ERP consulting firm
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Accounting or finance background
