About the Role: The Company is seeking an Applied AI Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of starting and scaling a startup in the field of applied AI. As a key member of the team, the COO will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on personal and professional development. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with unicorn founders, receive 1:1 sparring, and access a community of top-tier entrepreneurs and investors. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the candidate will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of leading a team and driving the business forward. Experience in the field of applied AI is a plus, but not a strict requirement, as the focus is on the candidate's entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute.
