About the role
Automotive Detailer New Bern Auto Group is seeking experienced Automotive Detailers to join our team. The Automotive Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing and cleaning exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors. We take pride in the level of detail that we put out on our front line. If you are detail oriented, then this is the job for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Transports Vehicles
- Fuels up vehicles
- Note any damage of vehicle
Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process is complete.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience working as a detailer or be enrolled in an automotive program
- Attention to Detail and be a good communicator
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality
- Availability to work Saturdays, holidays and weekends
- Ability to Pass a Drug TestClean Driving RecordClean Background Check
