About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Tax to lead its global tax function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's tax strategy, ensuring compliance, and managing risk across a multinational organization. This role involves advising executive leadership on complex domestic and international tax matters, overseeing tax accounting and SEC reporting, and optimizing tax-efficient business structures. The Vice President, Tax will also lead global tax planning, audit management, and technology initiatives, and be tasked with developing a high-performing tax team that is aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Applicants for the Vice President, Tax position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a relevant advanced tax credential, and at least 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax leadership, with a focus on multinational and public company experience. The role requires a strong background in ASC 740 income tax accounting, SEC reporting, and experience with complex tax compliance and provision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as experience with international tax issues and tax technology.
