About the role

INEOS Aromatics is seeking a Technical Superintendent to lead operations, coaching engineering teams and ensuring safe, compliant plant performance. You will supervise Optimization Engineers, Senior Process Engineers, and Laboratory staff, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include: MoC reviews, process safety leadership, and driving continuous improvement across reliability, safety, and cost performance in coordination with site leadership.
