Project Manager – Mechanical ConstructionLocation: Greater Milwaukee, WIA growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical construction projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, employee-focused organization with a strong backlog of work, challenging projects, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plansCoordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project deliveryManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentationMonitor project costs, labor, procurement, and financial performanceBuild and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetSupport multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and communicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience5+ years of Project Management experience within HVAC, MEP, or mechanical constructionExperience supporting mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or large commercial projects preferredStrong understanding of construction logistics, job costing, project financials, and schedulingProven ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or similar platformsCompensation & BenefitsUp to $150,000 based on experiencePerformance bonusEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceHealth Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent Careand more.If you're looking for an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects while building your career with an employee-owned organization, we'd love to hear from you.
