The Houston Chronicle, part of Hearst Newspapers, is seeking an AI Newsroom Developer to lead hands-on integration of AI into new content products, newsroom tools and workflows. You will work with reporters and editors to identify high-impact opportunities to make journalism more personal, efficient and accessible, while upholding newsroom standards for AI use. Ideal candidates will build, test, and maintain AI pipelines, ensure accuracy and transparency in AI-assisted content, train colleagues
