General Production Worker 1st Shift
Pay: $18.75-20/hr Schedule: 1st shift
Job Summary: We are hiring General Production Workers to join a manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, production, or commercial woodworking experience who are looking for a consistent MondayFriday, first-shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general production and manufacturing duties
  • Assist with assembling, handling, and processing products
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools as trained
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Inspect products for defects or quality issues
  • Move and organize materials throughout the work area
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or woodworking experience preferred
  • Commercial woodworking experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
