About the role
- Pick, stage, and load outbound freight orders accurately for domestic and international shipments
- Operate forklift, turret truck, or cherry picker to move palletized product throughout the facility
- Verify outbound shipments against shipping documents, packing lists, and BOLs for accuracy
- Process and print shipping labels, manifests, and freight documentation using internal software
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are staged and ready for carrier pickup
- Maintain an organized shipping dock — proper pallet staging, labeling, and load sequencing
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in orders, quantities, or documentation before shipment leaves the dock
- Proven outbound shipping experience — you should walk in knowing the process
- Forklift experience required; turret truck or cherry picker experience a strong plus
- Basic computer skills required; SAP experience a plus
- Ability to read and process BOLs, packing lists, and shipping manifests
- Strong, stable work history with solid tenure
