Administrative Business Partner (Executive-Facing)
Role Overview: The Administrative Business Partner serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing strategic administrative support in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness through exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management. Based on Client Administrative Business Partner framework, the role emphasizes strategic support, executive partnership, and alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with senior leaders to manage priorities and optimize time against strategic objectives. Provide complex calendar management, including scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and competing business demands. Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and proactively implement solutions. Coordinate and support high-profile meetings, leadership engagements, events, and business initiatives. Develop strong relationships across functions and levels to facilitate collaboration and efficient execution. Exercise discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Support strategic business priorities by understanding team objectives and contributing to operational effectiveness. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Executive-level calendar and meeting management (Concur- highly preferred)

  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams preferred.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Typically, 3-7+ years of administrative, executive assistant, business support, operations, or related experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executive teams, or highly visible business functions preferred
Experience working in financial services, professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly fast-paced corporate environments is advantageous.
