Duties & Responsibilities: The Senior Director, Pharmacy 340B Program provides enterprise leadership and operational oversight for the NYC Health + Hospitals 340B Drug Pricing Program across all covered entities, child sites, contract pharmacies, and affiliated outpatient locations. The Senior Director is accountable for enterprise compliance, financial optimization, operational performance, technology strategy, contract pharmacy administration, and regulatory integrity while ensuring that 340B savings are maximized to support the organization's mission of improving access to high-quality care for vulnerable populations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, 340B Operations, the Senior Director serves as the organization's operational leader and subject matter expert for all aspects of the 340B Program.
