About the role
Business AnalystBusiness analyst with heavy Excel expertise. The role will support a new demand generation program and will work with both SAP and SAP Partners. Build a dashboard based on Excel data. The dashboard will be published regularly to the executive team. Scope will require deep understanding of Excel, be able to learn and understand the data to make intelligent insights based on the dashboard. Map Excel data to internal build dashboard? Update weekly. Heavy macro/V-lookup in Excel. Will require access and understanding of SAP CRM. (Any CRM experience helpful, SAP CRM experience not required) Look up accounts and validate if the account needs to be enriched (additional data added). Submit new account creation and enrichment spreadsheets to shared services via ticket. Match Account Owner name with Digital Demand Executive supporting team member for routing purposes. Create pivots off the data to share across broader team. Build Jamsite to share subsets of data with SAP Partners. This will be a collaboration site for SAP and partner to update information. Create process with partner to validate specific KPIs assigned. How many interactions? How many leads created? How many opportunities generated from program? Publish weekly reports for business/program transparency.
