A growing critical power specialist is looking to recruit a UPS Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Baltimore area.
You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing uninterruptible power supply systems, while providing a high standard of technical support and customer service.
ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and repair UPS systems
Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and technical faults
Install and commission UPS equipment
Complete service reports and technical documentation
Work closely with customers and internal technical teams
Ensure systems remain reliable and fully operational
RequirementsExperience servicing and maintaining UPS systems
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of multiple UPS brands is preferred
Electrical or engineering qualifications are advantageous
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently across customer sites
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
