We are seeking either full or part-time Front Desk/Booking/Floor Management staff who have a passion for beauty, and enthusiasm for delivering specialty service at the highest level. Check out julienfarel.comGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESEfficiently book appointments for a busy salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele whether on phone, behind a desk or on the salon & spa floor Advise clients on our service offerings and products Take phone orders from clients Miscellaneous administrative workQUALIFICATIONSEnthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude Previous salon, spa or retail experience Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience a plus Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile Flexible in schedule and shifts Effective communicator and team player Highly organized and detail oriented Must be local or within an hour of location All serious inquiries please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
