Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. You'll work alongside an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence.

Your Responsibilities: Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans

What We're Looking For: Active California COTA license
