Principal Program Manager – Tool Installation Competitive Salary + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology organisation for a Principal Program Manager to support major semiconductor manufacturing expansion projects. This is a senior leadership role focused on tool installation strategy, project readiness, contractor management, and continuous improvement across large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.10+ years' experience within semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities, ideally in 300mm environments.
  • Strong knowledge of tool installation, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing equipment integration.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale capital projects and working across global teams.
