Position Details
Position: Assembler Pay: $18- $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Openings: Immediate Positions Available
What You'll Do: As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities include: Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions. Inspect parts and components before assembly and identify unacceptable in-process testing to ensure products meet established quality standards. Assist the Line Foreman as needed to support production goals. Complete production documentation, including: Material move tickets, Inspection reports, In-process tags, Reject tags, Rework orders, Corrective Action Reports Learn and utilize company computer systems for production all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds
  • Ability to read blueprints
