About the role
Engaging healthcare providers through proactive outreach, the full-time Neuroscience Hospital Specialist will utilize in-person, virtual, and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and improve patient care in the North Bronx and Westchester, NY areas.
Key responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding product access and patient care guidance
Utilize virtual and digital tools to engage customers and facilitate discussions, directing them to appropriate colleagues as needed
Elevate market insights and feedback to inform local strategy and business goals
Required qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related field
4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory standards
