About the role

Oscar Health is hiring a Head of Network Development to lead strategic provider sourcing, expanding the payer network by recruiting non-anchor practitioners, ECPs, and FQHCs, while supporting network adequacy and access goals. This role is based in New York with a hybrid schedule of 3 in-office days per week; Thursdays are in-office for team meetings and events. Base pay ranges from $198,720 to $260,820 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
