About the role

Inserso seeks a Network Support Technician (Temp) in Phoenix, AZ to provide onsite and remote Tier 2 IT support to DHS customers worldwide. The role entails LAN and network device support, server configurations, cloud services, and 24x7 coverage in a Service Desk environment. You will work under the Area Technical Lead, performing installations, maintenance, testing, and health checks on systems, with occasional after-hours rotations and travel as needed.
