Lifecycle Marketing Specialist The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist helps OSV build meaningful, ongoing relationships with Catholic parishes, schools, and dioceses through thoughtful customer engagement campaigns. This role plans, coordinates, and executes marketing communications that support onboarding, product adoption, renewal, and long-term customer value. Working closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams, this person will turn customer insights into clear, mission-aligned campaigns that help ministry leaders get the most from OSV's products and services. The Specialist works closely with product management, sales, customer success, and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns that are informed by customer needs, aligned with OSV's mission, and relevant to ministry leaders, educators, and catechists. This role may also support marketing projects for American Church Inc. (ACI), an OSV company, and contribute to targeted account engagement efforts as the organization continues to grow its lifecycle and retention marketing approach. Essential Job Functions (*=non-essential tasks): Serve as the primary marketing lead for retention campaigns across OSV's product portfolio. Create and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, digital, print, and social) that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and renewal. Coordinate customer communications across key stages of the customer experience, including onboarding, engagement, and renewal. Coordinate retention marketing efforts across products to support a consistent and connected customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve retention marketing efforts across products, helping inform more effective customer engagement and renewal with product managers, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business priorities. Create campaign messaging and content in collaboration with the Creative Design team to ensure clarity, consistency, and mission alignment. Support targeted account engagement efforts in partnership with sales, with opportunities to contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) and report on campaign performance (e.g., engagement metrics, retention indicators), identifying opportunities for improvement and to the execution and ongoing development of strategic marketing initiatives supporting American Church Inc. (ACI).Performs additional responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational priorities as needed. Experience and Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial, education, or faith-based industries. Strong understanding of the Catholic Church and familiarity with the needs, dynamics, and audiences of Catholic parishes, schools, and diocesan leaders Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Basic understanding of lifecycle marketing concepts, including email campaigns, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign measurement. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong writing and communication skills. Curiosity and enthusiasm for developing skills in data analysis and account-based marketing (ABM).Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, Canva, etc.) and SEO/SEM preferred. Skills and Abilities: Creative thinker with strong storytelling and audience empathy Analytical skills for campaign measurement and optimization Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills Values?driven mindset with a commitment to support OSV's mission Hands-on ability with creative tools (Canva, AI tools, etc.)Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant work experience will be considered. Working Environment: Incumbent will be working in an office environment. This position is designed as a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in Huntington, Indiana three days per week. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified non-local be available for travel when requested.
