Position: HR Manager

Miami Overview: Our client is a leading global medical device and consumer goods group with offices and staff worldwide. We are searching for a HR Manager to be responsible for both corporate and LATAM HQ based from Miami.
Responsibilities Include: Strong HR Manager to drive HR for the corporate business population across LATAMDesigning and implementing a world class HR provision including: Business Partnering; HR Operations; L&D; OD; Engagement; HR projects / Change; Talent...Key part of the LATAM HR leadership team Business partner to senior leaders Manage the corporate HR department including payroll, admin, reception etc Leading many projects in particularly transformation, change, systems, processes Reporting to the Head HR LATAM & Corporate
Candidate Requirements: Educated to degree standard or equivalent, Masters degree or professional qualification an advantage At least 6-8 years HR management experience in a dynamic global environment Experience leading HR for populations across LATAM and providing a world class people service to the business Good experience and knowledge of HR, Social security, Pensions, Contracts etc Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management - coaching, advising and becoming a trusted advisor Outstanding communication skills – positive influencing skills Fluent English essential, Spanish an advantage
