Job Full Description
Job Overview: Express is seeking someone who is able to produce core and shell material for the casting process by operating various blending equipment, and who is also able to operate a sit-down forklift.
Responsibilities: Precision weighing, blending and packing of ceramic mix per Engineering procedures and formulation instructions. Processing, blending and sampling of various ceramic and other materials per blending instructions and Engineering procedures. Work as assigned in other areas of ceramic blending operation. Responsible for housekeeping in work areas assigned. Responsible for material movement and warehouse location per computerized inventory and production system.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Previous forklift experience Previous work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment Good reading, math and comprehension skills Ability to lift 35 lbs. Must have good organizational and time management skills Must be able to work both daily and weekend overtime Must have some basic computer knowledge Must be a team player and have good attendance Operates Forklift - 30%Standing / Walking - 60%Climb Ladders / Cat Crawls (approx. 10 ft.) - 10%
