What You'll Do:

- Lead Disability & Leave operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience
- Partner with executive leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
- Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities
- Serve as an industry thought leader with clients, brokers, consultants, and industry partners
