About the role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The external path starts you as Store Manager within our General Manager development track, with extensive leadership training. After 12+ weeks of training and successful GO100 completion, you become eligible for promotion to General Manager.
