Office Manager - Executive AssistantWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the daily operations of the Owner. This role includes a wide variety of administrative and personal support tasks and requires strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and remindersHandle phone and email communication professionallyMaintain inventory systems, manage deliveries and shipmentsRun errands and assist with personal tasks as neededOrganize and maintain digital and physical filesConduct research and assist with client projectsCommunicate with vendors, clients, and service providersDesign marketing materials and oversee social media contentMonitor and optimize advertising campaignsRequirements:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Google Sheets/Excel formulasValid driver's license and personal vehicle2 years managing social mediaGraphic design experience (Photoshop preferred; Canva or Figma acceptable)Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a personal or executive assistantAbility to lift delivery boxes up to 50 lbs and transfer inventory to shelvesFamiliarity and experience with various types of technology and computersFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)Experience with Google AdsExperience managing CRM systemsSEO management experienceMarketing experienceSchedule:Monday to Friday40 hours per week8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay ($18 $23 per hour, based on experience)Health and dental insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield)Job Type: Full-time Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time off401KSmart Home Integration Opportunity:Smart Home Integration offers a tremendous growth opportunity for a variety of skill sets including sales, technician, project management, operations and more.
