About the Opportunity: A People & Culture team is seeking a Senior Benefits Associate to take ownership of benefits administration and support the ongoing development of our US and Canadian benefits programs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where you’ll have significant responsibility, visibility with senior Total Rewards leadership, and the ability to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily administration of health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs for employees in the US and Canada.
  • Act as a key resource for employees, HR partners, and benefits providers
  • Manage benefits throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Support administration of wellness and voluntary programs Partner closely with Payroll to review benefit elections, payroll deductions, and carrier enrollment records
  • Work directly with carriers, brokers, partners, retirement plan providers, and other vendors Maintain accurate documentation and audit records related to benefit elections, adjustments, corrections, and other plan activity
  • Coordinate the annual open enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate benefits information within the HRIS and ensure data remains consistent Prepare benefits-related reporting and analysis
  • Qualifications4–6 years of hands-on experience in benefits administration
  • Experience working with an HRIS and benefits administration platforms
  • Strong understanding of US employee benefits
