This role offers a base salary and annual bonus that will be worth approximately $525,000 with greater earning potential long-term. This role also offers a $70K+ bonus, loan repayment, and a leadership position within a well-supported pathology department. You’ll lead a team of pathologists handling a balanced case mix without high-complexity burdens such as autopsies or extensive subspecialty requirements. The schedule is predictable with manageable call and strong support staff, allowing you to focus on both clinical excellence and leadership responsibilities.
